Try Before You Buy
Karaoke Builder and Karaoke Builder Studio are 'try before you buy' products. As such, you have unlimited access to all of the features of these software titles, subject to minor limitations which do not affect your ability to test the operation of the software. You are able to make an informed decision as to their suitability for use on your computer system, and should satisfy yourself that the product meets your needs by downloading the trial version, installing it on your computer and testing it.
We will answer any questions you may have about the operation of the software, both before and after you make your purchase, and we reserve the right to direct you to the help files included with the software, where more detailed instructions are to be found. If something is not described in the help file which is important to you, please assume that it is a feature not included in the software. We can also advise you of this by email.
It is a condition of sale that you have downloaded and installed the trial version, that you have used it and tested it, and asserted that you have found it of an acceptable quality. The unlocking software we send you upon receipt of your payment will 'unlock' this trial version and remove any limitations placed upon the trial version.
Refund Policy
All software purchases are final and no refunds can be made. This is because we send your unlocking information by email - we cannot 'unsend' this information and refund your payment. Our 'Try Before You Buy' policy is very clear - if the software is unsuitable, or does not work on your computer system, please do not buy it.
Boxed Versions of Software Products
All software purchases are internet-only - we do not provide 'boxed' versions. This allows you to download the latest version as soon as it's released. Please do not ask us for boxed versions.
Confidentiality
We do not at any time have access to your credit card number and/or expiry date. This information is used only by the credit card processing companies used to accept your payment. These companies, Share-It and Paypal, do not send this information to us at any stage. We store your personal information (name, address and order details) for use only in fulfilment of orders and/or to contact you with information about the products you have purchased. We have never, and will never, release this information to a third party, for any reason.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Any legal dispute which may arise between Gisburne Media (Karaoke Builder) and its visitors shall be settled by due legal process in the United Kingdom.
